I’ve made a commitment to myself this week. When I’m not on a fast, I’m going to eat real foods and organic whenever possible. I’m done with the bloat of processed foods and sugar. I’m done treating my body like a garbage dump. I have gigantic plans for my life and being dragged down by things that don’t suit my body is not one of them. I need to be there for my body now so that my body will be there for me when I need it.
I will be fasting using the protocol set by The Complete Guide to Fasting at least 5 days a week and will be eating during a feeding window during the other two days. I will be using my oils to support me where I need them throughout my fast and refeed.
I’ll be adding 3-4 days of exercise on top of the fast. Stay tuned for my progress photos and watch Vlogtoberfast to see me fast to fitness.
